I’m a bookkeeper who has spent years helping Australian business owners make sense of their numbers in a way that actually feels doable. I’ve been running my own business since 2015, and was working with small businesses well before that. Before bookkeeping, I was a primary school teacher specialising in second language teaching, which is probably why I care so much about explaining things in a way that actually makes sense.
I created the Cashflow Collective because I kept seeing the same thing. Capable women working hard, but not feeling clear or confident in their finances. People with spectacular potential in their business, but frozen when it came to making growth decisions and investing in themselves. People who almost feared a surge in income, for what it might mean for their tax obligations. People who got so far behind with their bookkeeping, it was keeping them up at night and eroding their confidence as a business owner.
I love helping people to not just stay on top of their numbers, but understand what it means, and where the opportunities might be. Getting excited about meaningful financial conversations, and celebrating when another year rolls by and they feel more and more equipped to make informed choices.
I’m also a big coffee lover, and part of a neurodivergent family with my husband and two daughters, so I know how important it is for things to feel simple, flexible, and realistic to keep up with.
I believe you don’t need to become an accountant to run a financially healthy business. You just need the right support, simple systems, and someone in your corner to help you stay on track.
